Don’t order anything from the app
Don’t order anything from the app for pickup you won’t get your points. Did two sizable orders and prepaid back before Christmas. Didn’t get my points. Called the customer service department. They said they would look into it. I had to send them a screenshot of the order and a screenshot it went through on my bank account. February 6th, I’ve heard nothing. A government employee works faster than that. Haven’t gone back nor ordered anything since. I now get my gas/ snacks/ coffee across the street at mobile.

No savings with link pay!!
Was supposed to get an extra 10 cents off by linking my card and I didn’t get the extra discount?
Can’t even sign in
Can’t even sign into the app, every time I try I get an error message in a completely different language
Needs attention
This app needs immediate attention. The links to sign in via fuel rewards does not work. Inside the app you cannot sign in. App brings you to built-in browser then only was back to app is “cancel”.
Horrible App
Extremely low latency. Does not show rewards and nether tech support or cashiers can help! No Face ID! Really! Apple password doesn’t save! Link to shell fuel rewards is confusing and annoying! Poor developer here!!!!!
