Very bad service
Driver’s have eaten my food on 3 different occasions. Door dash still keep these questionable drivers in their platform. This is my last ever order with door dash. I will tell everybody I know to deactivate their app. Very useless app managers.
Customer forced to pay fees to replace mistake
I ordered for my family and an item was forgotten, my child’s meal. When seeking help, my ONLY option was a credit to DD or refund. No replacement? I was offered $8.99 for something that cost me $9.91 MORE to replace with fees and tip. This is unacceptable.
Not satisfied
I am not satisfied with the World Cup fifa sweepstakes 5 million was promoted and I feel as if DoorDash lied about how many people picked the winning team I only won 16$ I had to buy more then 200$ of door dash just to get entered.the sweepstakes stakes was just a big scam to get me to spend money on DoorDash

Using primarily after having had back surgery and have been unable to drive. Drivers are almost always prompt and follow instructions well.

This isn’t number one spot. I used to buy food if I don’t feel like going out in 100° weather it is pretty fast and if your food doesn’t come fast enough, you can ask DoorDash for support 100 out of 10 recommend

Second order. All went well with first. The visual interface takes getting us to. Not entirely sure all the perks I get, but the amounts due keep dropping. At a rehab facility. Can't eat food here.

Door Dash doesn’t like a new law the democratically elected DC council has passed, and so they are lobbying Congress to overturn the law. Door Dash doesn’t care what DC wants, it cares about its bottom line.
Prices outrageous
Talk about egregious pricing this is ridiculous. No more DoorDash or Uber eats.
App is good but ….
1) encourages tipping by default adding x amount tip before order is delivered. TIP is earned not just giving cuz. If the delivery person does a good job they earn the tip.

I use it all the time. Dinners, bday cakes, when my kid is sick and I need stuff. I am so happy DoorDash is exists. Customer service is great too if there’s ever an issue which is rare.
