Both my business credit card as well as my personal credit card, through separate institutions, was hacked. The only commonality was both were saved for my DoorDash account.

It’s so convenient!!!!
Refund
When my order is canceled, why do I have to wait two days to get my money back? What if that’s the only money that I had to eat something to feed my family?
Sealing on food
Non of the food I’ve been receiving recently is seal, not the food, not the drinks. They could literally put anything in your drink bc even when they put a little sicker the person can just open the lid. They should be required TO SEAL EVERYTHING
Scammers
DoorDash has a problem with giving refunds for incorrect orders. And the supervisors are very disrespectful. And my account was flagged for refunds just because I want my orders completely correct

Handy but - could be more efficient
Who doesn’t appreciate this service? But, I can’t order from Safeway in here because the location they make the dasher go to (even if they have to pass several to get to my address) is the tiniest Safeway imaginable that should not even be a location dashers go to. They are almost always out of everything I want. I’ve complained, been told that won’t happen again. And it always does. So I just don’t order groceries on here anymore. You would think their directions for dashers would include the route they have to take from their location, rather than which one is closest to you. Just because it’s the closest one to me, doesn’t mean it’s the one I would go to, nor does it mean it’s the best one for the dasher to go to.

Forgot the sides
Guess these days no one really cares. Ordered 3 sides of ranch cause they are small ended up with 3 ketchups like really? For pizza! I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering from door dash for a while. My last order was messed up and now this one. Nothing was sealed when it was picked up. I always ask for hand it to me option with a pin and the driver didn’t follow directions either on that. Drivers you want a tip but can’t follow directions, yeah read that again. Then you have your mommy write complaints on local Facebook groups about tipping. Cry babies no wonder. The world would be a better place if people actually followed directions. IMO

Unable to Purchase Liquor
Why is the option to buy liquor in 750ml and 1.75L bottles no longer available for delivery, while smaller sizes are still offered? Is this change permanent, and will I be required to switch to Instacart? I prefer to continue supporting and remain loyal to DoorDash. I order from DD at least six days a week, sometimes 2-3 times in a single day. As someone who is physically disabled, I rely on DoorDash for food and grocery deliveries. Tax Fraud By DoorDash
I live in a tax-free state in Delaware and DoorDash has been charging me $14+ in taxes on orders that are only $40 and that includes the fees for the order and the delivery tip. They are committing fraud and we should do a class action lawsuit against DoorDash. DoorDash is financially exploiting their loyal customers.

Best Delivery Service
Out of all the sites, for years, it is the best customer service for delivery. They have systems in place to avoid common delivery problems so that they rarely happen. When there is an issue, it is relatively simple to get it resolved.

Review
I love using the DoorDash app so efficient or reliable. If you have any problems with your order, they credit your money back right away and a refund for DoorDash credits. Everything‘s easy to use so efficient most of the drivers are good.
Other better options
I’ve honestly had nothing but issues from DoorDash. I’ve tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt but form the app sending people to the wrong address at my former place of residence and then the complicated process I had to go through to try and get a refund or a recent order that was never resolved. I would definitely suggest using some other food delivery service.

Not good
Consistently late and constant cancellations for vague reasons. Against my better judgment have not deleted the app.
Operators tell me lies
Operators tell me I receive porportional pay when I get to a store and the items are unavailable and the customer wants to cancel after I’ve arrived and waited but I never receive any porportional pay ever I watch for the little amounts because door gives orders that are only $2.95 most the time.
