BP CONTINUES TO CANCEL ORDERS
BP Cancel basic orders all the time. This time for an iced late. I wouldn’t have thought that was too hard but obviously it is.

The app will say 30 minutes for delivery but it will be over an hour. Double the estimated wait time. Food is often stone cold on arrival.
Trick to activate dash pass
You always trick your customers to activate dash pass which should stay optional not at any moment trick them to click it

Never use it in Halifax
they are not able to assign dashers according to them and offers me to see if I'm eligible for a refund after 70 minutes from 1 km pizza shop it's bs

Their service sucks, out of the probably 50 orders I’ve made, there was 1 that was actually on time, the rest were hours late and cold, then proceeded to tell me there’s nothing they can do to refund me. Use Uber eats instead

I won the Spain bet in the World Cup promotion. They did not pay me out. I went back and forth with them with empty promises for weeks. I was supposed to receive emails that never came. I ended up deleting my account and the app. Scammers.
Add a cancel option
Terrible app add a cancel option. Food said it would get here at 7:40 AM. It’s now gone up 40 minutes in arrival time
Took my money and no delivery!
I ordered pizza and a bunch of items from Woolworths they took my money and no delivery from them! Do not use DoorDash! They are scammers.
Use uber eats
Don’t refund order that delivery driver don’t deliver
Terrible Experience
I received a special offer to use DoorDash through my Youfoodz order. I ordered Pizza and some grocery items through the app and only received the pizza. I logged an issue with my order and got a response that I am not eligible for a refund. This is tantamount to theft in my opinion. I am extremely disappointed and upset. I will be lodging a complaint with ACCC.

Misleading
The items on here are already marked up and suspiciously more during so called specials. Getting 30% off up to $20 yet I’m paying the same price.
