Terrible UX and Non-Existent Customer Support
The UI design is incredibly frustrating. The customer support interface only has a bot, and there isn't even a text box to type your own question. I had a very simple issue but it was impossible to reach a human. To make matters worse, I signed up for a "7-day free trial" for the membership, but I was charged immediately. When I finally called customer service and waited over ten minutes, they told me they couldn't handle it and promised someone would get back to me. I’ve heard nothing since. An absolutely awful experience.

Unprofessional customer support handling
I had a very disappointing experience with the support agent, Folashade. My issue was not properly resolved, and her responses were unhelpful and unprofessional. She did not show willingness to assist and ended the chat without fully addressing my concern. This level of service needs improvement.

always showing the same restaurant
there’s no algorithm here unlike other app that always show me restaurants in rafeeq first page more than 20 ads after word everyday its always the same restaurant even after the ads it never change. its better to implement some algorithm because the current way seems lazy look at the other apps if you order a lot from the restaurant it will go up and it will show mix of new restaurant on top mot just the same one (even without the ads they’re all the same).

Using promo codes as click bait
First time rating an app in the Apple Store , every time they give one offer or voucher they will make hidden rules like add 50 riyal worth more to use the voucher you will only come to know once you try to apply the voucher . Very bad experience

One of the worst experiences
I had one of the worst experiences with Rafeeq tday I ordered from a shop and within 2 min I tried to cancel it but there was no live agents at that time so once the food was delivered I argued, chatted with 3 live agents me and all to get my money back cuz it was their problem they didn’t have active live agents at that time and then at 12 midnight I called them again and they asked me to wait cuz they hv appointed a delivery guy take back the food and then return my money back and I waited waited waited so long that it was 1:15am still no update so I called them and asked they said they will take the food tmrw and return the cash, they isn’t even call to report that I had to call them

Not a delivery App…
The app has abandoned its core business as a delivery solution and focused on other functions. The app doesn’t give a realistic time or accurate live tracking. The order takes so much time (more than 1.5 hours in some occasions). Be aware when you order as the app is Not reliable at all!!

This food delivery company provides excellent service with fast delivery and great care in handling orders. The food always arrives fresh, and the overall experience is smooth and reliable. Highly recommended.
Terrible delivery app
Every time i ordered something from the app either I had technical difficulties or the order was late order are never on time and i was double charged multiple times and whenever i try to contact customer support i wait for ten minutes minimum

This is by far the worst delivery app I’ve ever used. There is absolutely no reliability in the delivery times. The app states that the order will arrive in 30 minutes, but after payment it ends up taking two hours or even more — not once, not twice, but almost every single time. The lack of accuracy, honesty, and respect for customers’ time is extremely frustrating. This app seriously needs major improvements.
