Needs work
When I first wanted to write this review I was very aggravated and was more than willing to let my anger get ahead of me. Now that I’ve calmed down I think it’s better for me to start. The idea itself is good and it will work but everything has to adapt. I’ve only placed one order and the process has caused me to no longer want to make orders. Ordering itself was easy you have the option to add comments to the restaurant and driver, you can add a tip, etc. The bidding is smart not only to ensure the drivers get a decent tip and it doesn’t end up becoming working just to pay for the gas to get to work. The limit needs to be lowered. If you’re going to have the drivers deciding on how much they want to be tipped then you shouldn't have an option to add a tip while placing the order. It’s going to set customers off who have added a tip while ordering and then find out they have to also pay an additional tip and if they don’t choose one of the bids in the 2 minute limit the order is cancelled. The call shouldn’t be made after you’ve placed the order. I honestly could’ve done without the call completely but I get it.

Unhappy customer
I used this app for the first time today at work for myself and coworkers. I was able to order food easily on app, but the delivery aspect is extremely frustrating. The drivers bid on your food order and quote a price. At the same time I’m trying to navigate the app, I receive a phone call from Foodosti telling me about the bidding on delivery orders. There was only one bid and the cost was $10.00 to pick up and deliver my food. Absolutely too expensive for a delivery charge. I found the app difficult to navigate, the delivery charge unreasonable and will likely never use this service again.
