Please stop changing the UI. Bring back the previous “Favourites” listing format. The new one is horrendous.

Terrible app mechanics, can’t even write my address properly and so many things I need to do before placing an order. The app is too robotic, needs lots of mechanical fixes.

My God ,, like great system for restaurants but customer service sucks !! ..
like for the life of me they never get back to you if you need help for the first time ,,
seems like you have to figure it out on your own… I guess I deal with another wholesaler and I buy about 300,000$ a month and growing in goods and that cash and carry is so so so amazing like unbelievable,, when you need help they are really quick to respond ..
So I said I’ll try this place with a little 10 case order … there’s no one really to help when you need help ,, they’re getting to much business to worry with a up and coming “want to be” client…still waiting on an answer lol,, by call, by text,by email, by even WhatsApp… nothing.. 🤔😏😴

The worst experience I had ever had
Bad driver who just put our eggs on the rainy day floor without ring the bell. The box was all wet and the eggs were broken on the bottom tray.
