Hi, first of all thank you so much for your feedback and for supporting the game — and we're sorry for the trouble you ran into. 🙏 You're absolutely right: as a VIP member you should never see any ads (neither forced nor optional). If you did, that's a mistake on our end, not something you did wrong. The most common cause is that after reinstalling the app or switching devices, or during a brief connection issue, the app couldn't verify your VIP membership at that moment — so an ad slipped through for a short time. To fix it right away: just tap "Restore Purchases" on the Store screen. Your VIP membership comes back instantly and the ads disappear completely. (There's no extra charge — your existing subscription stays exactly as it is.) We're also shipping an update that verifies your membership before showing any ad and restores it automatically, so this won't happen again. Hi Malik — thank you for the honest review, and I'm sorry the poaching felt unfair. You're right: rivals were appearing too frequently and relying too much on cash to fend them off. I'm rebalancing it right now: Rivals will appear far less frequently. New or low-resource agents will be protected — you won't get swarmed while you're still building up. You'll still be able to keep a client by offering them a better commission split (without needing large cash reserves) — not just by outspending the rival. The goal is for poaching to be a rare, beatable challenge — never a constant punishment. The fix is on the way in an upcoming update.
