Restart in progress
I am glad to say that this game was ok at the start. And I even got my first SL player in my squad. But THEN, I got my account reset, and a year of hard work disappeared. So now I have to either start over or just delete the game entirely. I have no way of getting back my account and am stuck with a new game.

Staff and Payment
I spent years in the game. Really enjoyed it. Don’t mind admitting that I also put a fair bit of money into the game.
Unfortunately I recently had a disagreement over a payment in game.
There’s a feature where you can purchase points and some times they offer double points. To which I made a purchase and due to app maintenance I had an error.
Due to the points not arriving on my account I had the purchase refunded in the App Store. After some time the points arrived. A day or two later the refund went through which ment the game reclaimed the double points.
In a honest attempt to resolve the minus points I made the purchase again however the double points did not apply and still left me in the negative balance. Meaning I’d need to pay double to settle the balance.
I raised this in game thinking it would be an easy resolution and something understandable.
Instead I received multiple condescending messages from staff and a complete lack of understanding especially to someone who had invested so much in their game.
Lastly I have now received a 10 year suspension from the game with a message saying it’s my fault.

I tried to play for haaland last match but what ever i did play bad players play good players it was always 0-0 i got mad and smashed my own phone screen with anger and it was the iPhone 17 pro max so can you pls fix this
