Does not work when connected to WiFi

I have had the same issue as another review. An error occurs when trying to use while connected to WiFi but does load using cellular network. Otherwise helpful quick reference guide.

Doesn’t work with WiFi

UPDATE: Tried to download and use this app and immediately get an error message, “An error occurred. Please check your connection and try again.” Doesn’t matter how many time, same error. By accident tried it when out and about, and it worked. Figured out that it doesn’t work when my phone is using WiFi. Works fine when I’m using cell service. That is a big bummer. Otherwise, the app seems to give what it promises of a simpler version of the Laws of the Game, which I hope to help mentor referees.
