Ever sense the last update the app acts like a complete stupid idiot. I can’t view my accounts or transfer money without waiting 10 mines for it to load or have that stupid buffering thing go in circles
No one to answer you help line question and they can’t help over the phone
Going into a branch they are lazy and incompetent they always need a manager. The app is worse. They cannot do anything unless you go into and get a manager at least Wells Fargo after all the corruption still refunds you. But this place is a joke! Bank of America after all the ill repute still can get your money the same day this place will withhold your balance and for me they switched my account over to someone I have never met! How the actual world does happen

The app has been down for a few days now. I deleted it on my iPhone and reinstalled it. No changes. I log in and it says system having difficulty try again later. I exclusive access my banking info using the app.

Good credit union
I joined this credit union as a child saver around 1970 and I have been with them ever since. I have gotten personal loans and checking and savings accounts. Always accurate on their accounting and little to no fees. In person their Glendora branch is great and friendly with a large coin counter for members👍; telephone center is fast and easy to use; online app is just average. Great place to save and borrow small loans up to $25,000. Their atm can be used fee free at thousands of other credit unions locations, so I can usually access funds throughout the United States with no fees. A great bonus.

Great Banking App
Secure, Easy to navigate, I like the account balance snapshot feature. Only thing I would improve is access to account and credit card statements and card rewards.
