Warm up before you train. Before your first drill each day, Footwork now offers a four minute warm-up. Ten moves, each one shown by an animated player so you always know what to do: get moving, switch on the muscles you're about to use, find your balance, then fire up with fast feet and quick touches. Warmed up earlier but got distracted? A one minute re-warm gets you back to where you were.
