延長料金の約款改定拝見しました。
反射ですねぇこの会社。

アプリがおかしい

年末あたりから売上も予約も何もかも見られなくなりました。
対応が遅すぎます。

アプデの度に改悪

昨年のアップデートで売上が見えなくなって使いにくくなったなと思っていたら、今年になって予約が全て表示されなくなりました。過去のものも全て。皆さんがおっしゃっているように手数料は35%と仲介系サービスの中では高額なのに。元々、プランの設定などが出来ずに単純な時間予約の設定しか出来ず、強気な仕様だなと思っていましたが、ここまでくると掲載削除も考えます。

元々使いにくかったのに、最近月売り上げの集計すら見ることができなくなりました。アプリの質も手数料に含まれていると認識していただき、改善していただきたいです。他のサービスも登録します。

手数料高額なのにアプリの品質が悪くなった

月額の売り上げが見れなくなり、BIも表示されず、予約件数しか見れなくなった。
予約件数だけ、BIで出されても意味がない。
これで手数料35%というプラットフォームの中で1番高額の状況はあまりにひどい。

マーケットを制圧してるから殿様商売になるのはわかるが、そろそろオーナーが離れるのではないだろうか。
