Very responsive dev team
Had an issue with aeronautica imperialis units (crashing when trying to view units). They fixed in two days. Guys are amazing!

You have to pay an ungodly amount of money just for something that should be free, that you don’t even use that often.
Do not buy this app
Purchased the Pro version thinking it would be an easy Army Builder and it’s completely useless. It’s just an informational guide and you can’t add units to it. Complete scam plus there’s zero instruction.

This app is worthless since battlescribe no longer has support on their app. Doesn’t accept roster files from rosterizer.

You can continue to edit .ros / .rosz files on New Recruit - who have taken over the file type. Would you mind editing your review given it's incorrect.

It makes you pay to use the rosters, so essentially is unusable without the subscription. Not a problem that it is a paid app but I wish they were upfront about it.

I was under the impression this was an army builder that would support Warhammer 40K. Turns out it’s just a viewer of another app that builds lists for 40K. Would be 5* if it was a working army builder.

Best app for organization
Undoubtably the best app for Warhammer, kill team, necromunda or any game system. I loved battle scribe but found it to be unpolished, like Craigslist, but this takes all the greats of BattleScribe and amplifies it with clean polished designs and coherent app design.

Die App gibt einem eine hervorragende Übersicht über über die Datenblätter von Einheiten weitverbreiteter Tabletop-Spiele. Liste in BattleScribe (BS) zusammenstellen, importieren und fertig. Das Jahresabo von ein paar Euro für die Vollversion ist sehr günstig. Insbesondere wird die App noch weiterentwickelt. Ich bin gespannt darauf, wenn es BS eines Tages nicht mehr braucht.

Decent App, But It Seems Redundant For 40K
Given that there’s many roster building tools around, it feels this just doesn’t seem necessary unless the MathHammer functions existed.
Honestly, I’m just looking for a tool that can simulate my list against chosen units from another one. That’s the dream. This app is positioned to do that, but isn’t quite there. When comparing it to BattleScribe and the new 40K app, you might as well just use those.

Application is a great alternative to prettyscribe. Works well and a great interface.
The developer is very engaged with the community on discord responding to issues and suggestions. Updates are frequent.

Let’s be honest, battlescribe is a bit rubbish and it’s even worse when you’re trying to view your stats at the table. This app makes you forget about how rubbish it is because you can see your armies in a nice clean easy to use format with no loss of information.
The developer is making updates on the regular, fixing bugs and is very active in the Discord. I highly recommend this app to anyone playing any GW game at the moment!

The perfect wargaming app
I run a commission painting studio and am a 40K competitive player along with being a hobbyist! This app is perfect, also the developer is vocal in the community and helpful! I use the app in every game and it’s mega useful, I used it free for a few games and then subbed into the low cost pro subscription.
