Could never get it to show on the dash. Had to keep connecting and then unconnecting. Spent way too much time for this to never work.

Voice command barely works. 9/10 times says listening and then no response when it’s done “thinking”. And after phone gets plugged in and app opens more than half the time it doesn’t read as signed in.

It’s worthless without Apple CarPlay, and even when running in the foreground, Alexa doesn’t respond.

Had to rate a 1 as zero is not an option! Absolutely provides no worth or convenience. Deleted app as no value over CarPlay. Especially since Waze no longer available.

Piss poor makes you sign in to your Amazon account and even then it still won’t work. Piss poor waste of time.

Fun app
Really fun experience playing games with my kids in the car and for listening to music. I like how it provides a safe option to use Alexa in the car without having to use my phone

Won’t connect
Giving this app a 1 star rating because I cannot get it to even connect, followed every on screen instructions on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and still will not connect. I do not like the idea of disabling Apple Car Play to even use it, which I use every time I drive the truck. 2020 F-150 King Ranch, equipped with the B&O sound system.

Plugging in required
My car has Bluetooth and can charge without using a cord. Why do I need to use a cord and open an app to use this? Such a hassle to have the cord in my way JUST for this app. No thanks.
Don’t waste your time
I only gave this app 1 star. If I could have, I would have given it 0 stars. I followed all the instructions as requested to install it. It’s totally stupid that I have to open the app every time on my phone in order to play in my car. Most of the time my car won’t even recognize this app! Then the next time I get in my car it will work. When it does work, I’m finding that it will play the same song again after just playing it. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall this app several times to get it to work in my car again. Good luck to those of you who want to install it!

Worthless!
Wasted too much time trying to get this to work. No success despite two long calls to Ford tech support.
Crap
Intermittent at best. Struggles linking to the vehicle, drops constantly, wake only word works half the time. Ratings are 3 at best but not reflected in the App Store. Every time my phone updates, app stops working. Tired of fighting with it.
A no go now.
Swapped from a android to apple phone and it will not work.
