Since my encounter with the IRA a few years ago, I was encouraged by my replacement CPA to save my receipts in a shoe box for about 5 years. I’ve done that since. At least till a year ago. The problem with the receipts is the ink fade-away over time. Since finding Foreceipt I was reluctant and optimistic at the same time, but nonetheless gave it a try. Today I’m glad I did. Having digital receipt copies today is priceless. I would however like to see an improvement and functional budget feature in terms of recurring bills and also selected category sum.

Game changer

Makes bookkeeping real easy
This app helps me keep organized and I’m less likely to lose receipts because I don’t have to keep them. I just scam a picture.

Very helpful for tax return preparation
It’s very easy to use. Whenever I get a receipt, I just scan it and I am done. No year end hassle to prepare expense for tax return. I used it for 2017 tax return preparation and it saved me so much time! I tried their new web version and really like the exported excel summary report by category and by month.

FORECEIPT CAN YOU PROVIDE AN URGENT UPDATE ***PLEASE*** I’ve subscribed to Foreceipt for over 2yrs & recommended it to a few friends. I’m dissatisfied now as it no longer auto scans. This means that you have to take a photo of the receipt then crop each photo. The main feature I pay for is gone. I’ll have to terminate my subscription if this isn’t sorted soon as my receipts are stacking up while I await the fix. It’s been weeks now.
