A very small (2-man) team built a great puzzler. Some real headscratchers. It's a worthy entry to the legacy Myst created. The Room, House of Da Vinci, etc.
I completed #1 (this game) without hints. For #2 I needed a few hints. I play without sound and skip past all the story/lore-building/reading, which made a few puzzles unsolvable for me without hints.
Out of the box thinking required. Really just an impressive and difficult (comparatively) escape puzzler that the devs should feel proud of building.

AMAZING
genuinely one of, if not the best, escape room games i've ever played. calling it an escape room isn't even doing it justice this is a masterpiece
Incredible game with lots of content
I can’t believe this game doesn’t have more reviews, it is easily one of the best adventure escape style games I’ve played. I found it through an article “Best Adventure Games for iPad” and took a chance on it. I really enjoyed it. There are a couple of red herrings here and there which are tricky, but this really took me back to the adventure game way of thinking. Fantastic!

Wow, love this game!
Super fun escape room game. Couldn’t complete it without the hints so thank you to the devs! Love the creepy asylum scenario. Had to google a couple of the hints but for the most part the hints were enough. LOVE this type of game, keep it up. On to Episode 2.

Excellent game! I love point and click adventures and this is one of the best I’ve played. The camera function is great and the story kept me playing
A Glitch in Glitch Games…
I love the Forever Lost series. It’s smart, fun, challenging without being impossible. However, I re-entered the IPad “inception” game and went into the dark barn a 2nd time to get a puzzle piece and now there’s no way out. I really don’t want to start over. I sent an email for help, but no reply. Guess I’ll look for a new game.

Can’t load the game
The game is forever stuck at the “tap anywhere to begin” page and uninstalling/reinstalling the app doesnt help. Have tried closing and reopening the app more than 10 times and nothing helps.
It doesn’t work
I tried to use a knife to slice the mattress at the very first stage but it always showed “you have stabbed the mattress “ and I cannot even figure it out what I did wrong. I also watched the walkthrough but none of videos have the same issue w me.

I absolutely loved the game play and the story.

An excellent little escape room adventure puzzler
For the price, it’s an excellent value proposition. Plays kind of like Myst and other classic adventure games. The puzzles are fun and challenging; it’s a good way to spend an hour or two.
Algebra. Really?
You need to know Algebra to solve the 4 doors puzzle? How stupid. Its a game, not a test of math skills. Then you have to wait for a count of 100 to continue. We know which end of the horse created this.

Not worth the $
I don’t mind paying for games, as long as they’re good, but this one is a total rip-off. Gameplay is short, navigation is super clunky and the graphics are ugly. There are way better escape room games out there.
Really well-designed game
I’ve been playing a few escape type games recently and this is up there at the top. The puzzles may sometimes be hard but they’re still intuitive. As opposed to too easy (boring!) or completely arbitrary (what…). As a result, I felt it was worth it to keep plugging away without walkthroughs because I trusted that there were discoverable logical solutions that didn’t rely on randomly tapping everything you see! Very atmospheric but with humour laced through. I’m not a big fan of creepy horror stuff but it wasn’t laid on too thick. I appreciate the ability to take photos too, as keeping a notebook around isn’t always practical. Thanks to all involved for this game; onto the sequel!

A Classic
Sometimes I think I’ve lived my life as an escape game, and just collected too many things.
Led to this game from Cabin Escape
I loved the way Cabin Escape handled hints and progress indicators so i bought the Forever bundle. Disappointed to see that it didn’t work the same way.

Sorry about that! The first two Forever Lost games came out before Cabin, despite Cabin being a prequel to the trilogy, and as such used an older version of our framework.
The best!
I write lots of reviews for glitch games because they are quite simply the best out there. Nothing compares, they were here before the room and monument valley and though these are good they don’t compare to glitch for originality, story, style and game play. Forever lost will always hold a place in my heart, but their other games are also fantastic. These games are for people with imagination who don’t need the story spoon feeding them and who actually want to use their brain instead of just hunting hidden objects, I adore the feel of open world that glitch games creates, looking for yourself what is useful and where to go next at the same time taking in your environment, there is nothing like it! No annoying cut scenes to tap through or endless dialogue to scroll. Instead you’re left to your own devices (pun intended) to wonder at the world of Glitch goodness. Long may the Glitch Kings reign supreme! 😃

Glockenspiel not working
I couldn’t get past the glockenspiel. I used a hint which told me to do what I was already doing. I did it in perfect sync so I know I was doing it right. I see from another reviewer that there is some kind of bug. It’s frustrating to come to a screeching halt over a bug!!!
STUCK
The kiddy xylophone (lol they called glockenspiel) does let me proceed after inputting correct melody. Refund demanded.
