Needing help

I’m hoping this gets me help. I tried to report a problem thru Apple and was redirected to the developer website which does not have a contract section.

Every time I try to open the school section a blank grey screen pops up with a button that’s shaped like a house and just takes me back to the menu. I am not sure how to address this issue as I just downloaded the app and immediately had the issue
