Do Not Waste Money on Premium – Very Disappointed
I paid for the premium service expecting high-quality signals and support, but it has been a complete letdown. There have been no fresh signals provided in the past week. The so-called Telegram channel they promote doesn’t even exist, and there’s zero communication from the team.
Worse, some signals remain open with no updates, as if no one is managing the service at all. It feels completely abandoned.
I strongly recommend others not to pay for the premium version. It’s a complete waste of money and nothing short of garbage at this point. Avoid this app until the developers show real accountability and improvement.

Was charged $132.19 total for a yearly subscription but after a few days the app started requesting payment again for the access id already paid for. I tried to get a refund but Apple is now saying it’s past the timeline fore refund. How convenient.

Issue after I upgraded
Today, I just upgraded my account using my iPhone and it looks like it did not upgraded my computer access. Need help to synchronize my account on both computer and my iPhone. Thanks
Be Careful about providing your phone number
Someone will phone you to guide you to access an account set up in Xtrade. And he had asked me to deposit USD 250 by credit card so that the subscription to the signal in the app would be free. And best of all, Xtrade would give access to AI trading. I decided not to take up his offer and asked him to call back the next day. He has not phoned back. Right after talking to him yesterday, a search online had shown me many scammed cases relating to the Xtrade account. It is advisable to be careful and don’t provide your credit card details when you are not sure about the company and because you have downloaded this app.
