Doesn’t seems like a legitimate company
I looked the website , page is not loading and there is public information and domain is registered by some proxy LLC , bought the safe from Amazon . I will be returning this product

Works well don’t know why other people are so critical. The app works as intended. Haven’t had a problem with the system. Or the app.
Need to read the instructions
Putting the gateway into pairing mode is not intuitive or automatic. But once it’s done everything works properly.
Worthless
Product will not connect to my WiFi after 30 minutes of trying. Garbage. Garbage.
