Built this to save contractors hours on estimates
My cofounder Christian and I built Forge after talking with contractors who were spending their evenings doing takeoffs and pricing after a full day on job sites. The idea is simple: walk the job, talk through what you see, and get a real estimate back in minutes instead of hours. When we demo this, the reaction is usually some version of “this could be so useful” or “this would help us win more deals by shipping estimates way faster.” Still shipping improvements based on that feedback, would love to hear what you think.
