About

All your programs. Today, sorted. Bring a coach's PDF, a photo of the whiteboard, a CSV from your old app, or your own words. Forge reads each one and lays out what today needs: the session to run, the habits to keep, and anything waiting on your answer. It tells you why. Then it runs each session one effort at a time, by your program's own rules. YOU HAVE MORE PROGRAMS THAN WEEKS A lifting block. A hangboard protocol. The running plan you keep meaning to start. Each one is good, and together they are a question you have to answer before every session: what am I actually doing today? Forge answers it. BRING ANY PROGRAM Take a photo of a whiteboard. Upload a coach's PDF. Or just describe what you do in your own words. Forge reads it and turns it into something it can run, with the source kept beside it so you can always see where a number came from. Your program's words stay your program's words. Forge never rewrites them. TODAY, LAID OUT Open the app and today is waiting, chosen from everything you are running: a session, or two on a two-a-day, the habits that serve your training, and anything Forge needs you to answer. Forge chooses from how long each quality has gone untrained and what you said you were building toward, and it tells you why. Then it serves the work a single effort at a time. No scrolling a list, no deciding mid-set, no losing your place. IT FOLLOWS YOUR PROGRAM'S OWN RULES If your program says to add load when you hit the top of the rep range, Forge does that, and shows you the sentence it obeyed. If your program says nothing about getting harder, Forge asks rather than inventing a number. Tell it you want to progress a lift or hold a skill, and it reads your own record against that. It says what happened. It never grades you. WHAT IT SHOWS YOU Your training balance across five qualities, each with a clock: what is holding, what is slipping, what has gone cold. Your own bests, on whatever scale the movement is actually measured on, whether that is a weight, a hold time, or reps. Tap any number and you see the sessions it came from. WHAT IT WILL NOT DO No streak to lose. No badge for turning up. One missed day costs nothing and says nothing. Forge never grades you, on purpose, because an app that grades you is an app you start hiding from. BUILT FOR THE HYBRID ATHLETE If you lift and climb, or run and train jiu-jitsu, or carry three blocks at once and are tired of being the one who has to reconcile them, this was built for you.
