I paid for this game and now…
It won’t unlock itself. I got this game back in 2021. Played it and enjoyed it. I recently tried to play it and it won’t unlock, even though the game recognizes I purchase the game when I click on the unlock the game, it then tells me purchase failed ?? What ???!!!! I need someone, the developer, Apple Store, who ever can help me with this issue. Never had this happen with any of my other games. I’ve contacted Apple, only got an automated response. Wasn’t any help. I need my game unlocked. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem and have anyone experienced this before with any of their games and what did you do to fix it. Help me please and thank you. I like this game, that’s why it got 5 stars from me, but very disappointed that it locked up on me, how that happen I don’t know ? I would like to play my game again.

Purchase Failed on new iPad
Installed this owned game and tried to unlock. After confirming prior purchase and agreeing to install again for free, install completes and a message appears, Purchase Failed. Support nonexistent on BF or Apple. I own a dead game.

J.ai beaucoup aimé ce jeu par contre après avoir payé et fini le jeu j.ai voulu y rejouer et quand j.indique déjà acheté ça me répond que non je n.ai pas de compte …

I loved the game, story, and characters….BUT some of it was very confusing and I found myself using the hint button often even on easy mode.
I would have liked a little more direction with the map and objectives needed.
Also it needs to have a reset button for puzzles, so you are able to complete then with out skipping. Otherwise a very good game over all.

Ein wunderschönes „Märchenspiel“ mit vielen - zum Teil - ungewöhnlichen WBS. Sehr kreativ, mit vielen Überraschungen
Unpredictable
This a good game but there are two problems that I want to point out. First, I always have to “repurchase “ the game every time I want to replay it. Second, besides having to “purchase” every time, I have to reload the game because I don’t always have the bonus game which I enjoy a lot. Please fix these issues because it’s highly annoying. This game is for people who want to breeze through and not have brain teasers to the point of insanity... very relaxing and yet rewarding. I play these interactive games all the time and this is one I will play again...

I persevered with the game but the hint button was slow to recharge, didn’t work right & kept moving me backwards in the game. Constant correcting made the game very trying. The story had merit & was the only reason I persisted.

Игра очень приятная по сюжету, по красочности. Не очень сложная, не напрягает, не нервирует, играешь и получаешь истинное удовольствие. Мне очень понравилась. Разработчики молодцы!!!! И кстати, ни одного глюка, ни одного вылета , никаких страшилок . Кто любит такие Игры очень советую загрузить, думаю деткам будет интересно!!!!!

Another good game
Yet another enjoyable game. Has good supporting music and sound effects. Excellent graphics, with a storyline in a similar style to other Big Fish games. Well worth the money.

The puzzles were too easy, but good anyway. Sometimes it took a while to figure out the objective.

I love this kind of game - fun story and cute/ugly characters. Good HOP scenes, and some imaginative games. Great art and nice sound effects. The extra game play was really excellent. Hope there are more in this series.
