Rich READMEs make it stutter
The more I use this app, the less optimized it feels.
Long READMEs with rich content Line images, tables, Mermaid diagrams struggle to render without dropping frames. I get very noticeable slowdowns every single time I open a repository.
What makes it worse is that the README is shown before the file list. There's no setting to put files first and the README after, so browsing a repo with a heavy README is painful: you wait for content you didn't come for, then scroll past it.
Liquid Glass is also applied inconsistently. Inside a repository the tab bar loses its glass material entirely and sits on a flat black background, unlike everywhere else in the app.
The language badges have real contrast problems too. In dark mode I get white text on a bright yellow pill: barely readable. And when the language can't be detected (a repo of plain-text .conf files, for instance) I get an empty, broken-looking pill instead of a sensible fallback like "Text" or nothing at all.
A lot of potential here, but it needs polish.

Worse than website
Silently fails when there are more than 100 files. You cant read the repo. You need to truncate instead of failing to load ANY files. Even the website correctly does this. Just use the web app and skip this.

Excellent
Exactly what I was hoping for from such an app.
All my forgejo instances, readable README, and issues and PRs…

A much needed tool
I was surprised to see a mobile client for Forgejo and have pleasantly surprised so far. Thank you Stefan!
Exactly what you‘d expect
I have nothing to say. Great Work.
Does exactly what it’s supposed to do, with no ads
Best one so far!
Sehr zufrieden…
Endlich eine übersichtliche und praktische iPhone-App für meine lokale Forgejo-Instanz! 😃 Wenn sie jetzt noch in Deutsch übersetzt werden würde, dann gibt es 5 Sterne. 😉
