What's New in Forkyt

1.0.6

October 20, 2026

NEW: Plan dinner with friends, minus the group chat chaos. Pick your friends and your mood, and Forkyt suggests spots the whole group will love. Choose your favorites and a time, then everyone votes. Once everyone's in, lock in the winner. You can also suggest other places, propose a new time, or invite friends who aren't on Forkyt yet. Smarter recommendations Match scores now reflect how well a place actually fits your taste, and each pick tells you why it's there, like a friend's Top 5 or how close it is. Better notifications See notifications as a quick bubble while you're using the app, with fewer pushes overall and none late at night. Fixes and improvements • Posting several reviews at once no longer gets stuck • You can now remove photos when editing a review • The review screen no longer sits under the Dynamic Island • More great Boston restaurants to discover

Your favorite restaurant is waiting to be discovered!

No matter what type of food you’re looking for, Forkyt has you covered. In Boston, I’m always looking for a new restaurant to try with my wife. We constantly would look for new places in hopes of finding a favorite! Forkyt does all of that for you! I have found countless restaurants in my neighborhood that I never would have experienced if it weren’t for Forkyt. Look no further when planning your next meal!

Better than the group chat

I’m always sending restaurant recommendations back and forth with friends or saving places I see and then forgetting about them. Forkyt puts all of that in one place. It’s an easy way to see where people whose taste you trust are actually going, save spots, and figure out where to eat next. Really cool concept and the app is super easy to use.
