1.3
August 14, 2026
This update focuses on making your training experience smoother, more reliable, and more powerful — with major improvements to how workouts run in the background, how music behaves, and how your Apple Watch stays in sync. Background Timers Timers now keep running even if you lock your screen or switch to another app. Whether you're checking a message mid-workout or just letting your screen turn off to save battery, your round timer will stay accurate and pick up exactly where it left off when you return. Continuous Music During Rest Music no longer pauses when you hit a rest period in Round Kicks or Sparring. The track plays straight through the entire workout — rest periods included — so your training momentum never gets interrupted by sudden silence. Apple Watch Improvements All workouts now correctly push their status to your Apple Watch. Start, pause, and track your progress from your wrist across every workout type in the app. Double Kicks Added to Custom Kicks A new Double Kicks exercise has been added to the Custom Kicks workout builder. Double Kicks are an alternating combination — right leg round kick immediately followed by left leg round kick — counted as one rep. Set your desired rep count using the slider just like any other exercise. Kick On Beat Temporarily Removed We've temporarily removed the Kick On Beat workout while we rebuild the experience from the ground up. We want to make sure the beat cues are clear and distinctive enough to be genuinely useful for your training. It will be back in a future update better than ever.
