What's New in Form
6.3.1
August 7, 2026
New Features - iPad support: Form now works natively on iPad. In portrait, the dashboard splits into two columns (Today, Readiness, and This Week on the left; Nutrition and Trends on the right). In landscape, a persistent left rail keeps Today and Readiness always visible alongside two scrolling columns for This Week, Nutrition, and Trends. - Added smart notifications to help you stay on track: a daily nudge, a recovery alert when you've fallen off pace, a Sunday recap you can share, and a gentle check-in if you've been away for a while. - Workout details now show Duration, Calories, and Average Heart Rate, plus a clearer Zone 2 / Zone 3-4 breakdown with color-coded labels. Improvement - Notifications keep working even when the app isn't open, thanks to background refresh support. Bug Fixes Fixed the Sunday share button sometimes appearing but not doing anything when tapped.
