Worst inspection app I have ever used
This app is slow, have a bad design, it’s inconvenient, it’s a mix of all the bad things you can have on an app. Can’t rate 0 stars otherwise I would.

Worst Inspection App
This is the absolute worst inspection app that I have ever used. Constantly log outs, don’t have a multi user options so you have to constantly log in and out. The inspection take forever to complete and upload.
Limited functionality
App doesn’t allow you to use multiple accounts without having to reinstall each time. This needs to be fixed asap to maximize efficiency for inspectors who contract with multiple vendors (most of us) please and ty!
Will not work with Multiple accounts logins
Pretty terrible. The app does not work with multiple logins and servers. A majority of people working for multiple companies cannot log in with multiple different server and logins without having to delete and reinstall the app.
Does not work
I have this app for work in my IPhone 15 pro and ai cannot submit anything information that is required for my job and is affecting my performance
App broken
Seems the app just currently infinitely swirls after you click fill out form.
Please fix the freezing issue
Why is the freezing issue so bad lately. I have no contact inspections and I’m sitting in front of homes 5-10 minutes because the app keeps freezing after I take a picture. You are putting people in an unsafe situation that could cause a safety issue!!!

Freezes every form on the picture upload. ALMOST EVERY TIME. it started three or four updates ago and has only got worse.
Offline work
So the app is supposed to still load offline, but I’ve noticed work orders spinning when in the middle of the desert or forest when the app was previously synced. Not sure if it’s a glitch or what but it’s frustrating.
Worst app ever
The developers should be imprisoned for creating such a dangerous app. It’s slow, it’s disorganized, and the IT people are located in former communist-bloc countries. There is simply no excuse for the United States to send confidential information to a foreign country that may be hostile to its interests.

I write this review as I have been trying to open a job order for the past 20 minutes and the app just doesn’t respond....as usual. Worst app I have ever used for inspections. Nothing has been fixed or addressed since I was forced to use this trash. I would give zero stars if I could. Go elsewhere, trust me.

You have to manually sync the app every time you log in. The form is so long with multiple pages that it takes forever to get through all of the pages. I also have trouble submitting because if a required field is missing, it doesn’t say which one. Unfortunately I’m required to use this app for my REO properties otherwise I’d drop it. It’s real garbage.

Instead, activate the "Upload when online" feature from your Settings page within the app. Here's an article to help you configure this setting - https://help.worldapp.com/display/FHC/iOS+data+settings. - The length of the form is determined by your form creator and form owner. We recommend contacting your administrator to request a change. - When submitting a form that includes mandatory questions, each one that goes unanswered will be highlighted with a red border. Won’t synchronize on mobile
Why won’t this app work on mobile phones? I have to use it on the tablet and it’s too cumbersome on that. It was convenient when it worked on mobile and it won’t syncronize.
Safety hazard on busy roads
This is a horrible app. It’s unsafe to have to put pictures in special sections when your sitting on an extremely busy road with no shoulder. The app should allow you to upload photos from your phones library so you can take the pictures and then pull over to a safe spot and upload them to their required field. Clients would be a lot happier with work we provide them if they cared about our safety at occupied properties more. I’ve yet to have an occupant be happy to see me taking pictures of their house and welcome me to pull into the safety of their driveway. The only thing this app is good for is vacancies where you have a safe place to park. And to mention the problem with the app crashing and deleting everything so you must save form after each picture or questions answered .

The worse app ever
This app is so sad it’s ridiculous. We need a way to pull jobs up on a map to see locations. This app is a safety hazard on busy roads we need to be able to check in but able to take photos and then add to there proper spots to be on a highway having to take the photo in its designated spot put at at risk for an accident. Also we need a way to make a file on the web page for routing to enter onto a map program having to enter each job into the mapping program is slow.

App keeps crashing
It takes me 5 to 7 minutes per house when using this app. Every time I take a pic, the app keeps closing and deletes all my information on the property.
