Forma: Calorie & Gym Tracker

Food that follows your training. Snap your plate, log a set, and Forma works out calories and macros around what you do today. No ads, not even in the free version, and the whole workout log is free. FOOD • Snap your plate and get calories, protein, carbs and fat. When the AI isn't sure, it asks one short question and takes the numbers from a verified database. • Type what you had, like "goulash and a beer". 500 Czech and Slovak dishes are built in. • Barcodes, label photos and manual logging are free, and so are 3 AI food photos a day. • Log a beer, wine or a shot quickly and see the week's calories from alcohol. • Everything is editable. Switch AI off in settings and Forma works as a classic food database. TARGETS THAT FOLLOW TRAINING (Plus) • On leg day or before a long run Forma adds carbs, trims them on a rest day and keeps the weekly total the same. • Every week your targets adjust to your real weight and logged food (after 14 days of logging). TRAINING • The whole workout log is free: for every exercise you see last time set by set and a suggestion for today. • 151 exercises with technique notes, warm-ups, a plate calculator and personal records. • Build your own plan, start from 18 templates, or let the Plus generator build one for your goal, gear and time. • Plus also adds automatic progression, full history, volume per muscle group and a strength level from Bronze to Legend. APPLE WATCH • Train without your iPhone and confirm a set with a double tap of your fingers. • Rest by heart rate: start the next set when your heart rate settles. (Plus) • Food by voice (Plus), a complication with calories and protein left, and water, beer, coffee and fasting in one tap. RUNNING (Plus) • A plan for 5K, 10K, the half or the marathon, a voice coach in English, Czech and Slovak, heart rate and pace zones. • Forma keeps runs and lifting from clashing and adds carbs on interval days. Runs from other apps come in free through Apple Health. MEAL PLAN • A week of meals from recipes that fits your calories and macros. 100 recipes, 60 Czech and Slovak, 40 free. Generator and shopping list: Plus. PROGRESS AND MOTIVATION • Weight and trend plus tape measurements (waist, hips, chest, thigh, arm, neck, calf), free and judgment-free. • A weekly review and streaks with freezes, no guilt trips. PRIVACY • Servers are in the EU. Health data only with your explicit consent, no permanent storage of food photos, delete your account and data in the app, free export. • Forma connects to Apple Health (reads weight, activity, heart rate and workouts, writes workouts and nutrition), only with your permission. FREE AND PLUS Free: the whole workout log (3 own plans), food logging (manual, barcode, label, 3 AI photos a day), weight and measurements, streaks, data export. Plus: the features marked (Plus) and up to 20 AI photos a day. FORMA PLUS SUBSCRIPTION Forma Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly).
