The form work Great
I’m replying to a privies review I saw… you are wrong,, you just can’t figure it out.. you you should of not left a bad review,, you should of called customer support.. The Form only crashes if your math Is wrong.. meaning you are not typing the calculations in correctly.. I have created magnificent within this app.. everything works perfectly.. there isn’t another Form app out there that can do with this can.. it’ll offend me that you would speak negatively of this app.. They walked very hard and put together something amazing.. just because you can’t figure out how to use it and it’s too lazy to call customer support doesn’t mean anything is wrong with the app.. I love this app. It has brought my business to the next level… and beyond.. I think the creator is so much for all their hard work.. and I appreciate this app.. I use it every single day..

Needs work
Crashes often. Need hover hints for tool icons to be more user friendly. I spent 3 hours creating the first form & entering my data because of the lack of tools not being very user friendly. Then when I created the second form to link to the first it won’t pull in the data to the second form. When I try to create a query builder and hit run the app crashes every time. Not worth the $19.99 yearly subscription I had to pay to get the extra features. Try again

Not intuitive
UX is horrible. You enter into a form and seem to get stuck, there is no “back” or anything

Inconsistent
Unreliable sychronisation between devices. Back up and restore ineffective. Many lost file and a reset to a random time in history. I have local backup, cloud backup, and a portable drive backup. Nothing recovers. It is a gamble from one day to the next whether your files are there. If someone emails you a file, good luck, that's a whole new nightmare!!!

Keeps Crashing / Doesn’t work
I spent several hours trying to make a form. It needed a few paragraphs, signatures and to be downloaded OneDrive.
Editing the titles doesn’t allow for a professional and clean look. Attempted several times. Moving and resizing the form is difficult. It should work like an apple product. Pinching and expanding fingers.
I did a trial run and the form never downloaded once signed.
I am requesting a refund. It is too frustrating to work with.

Great Software
I have been really impressed with this software and have been able to quickly make multiple forms that will help streamline the workflow in my business. The software is easy to use and syncs effortlessly on multiple devices.
Support is great, better than expected.
I would give this a five star rating if it integrated a bit better with windows. It takes a few extra steps to get the forms organized for desktop storage and review. It would be nice if, when exporting a completed form to google drive for example, that I could specify the folder to upload to. As is, all forms are exported to the main directory of google drive and you manually have to sort and put them into the different folders.

Thank you for your review. Regarding exporting a form to Google Drive, you can specify a folder to upload it to by tapping on the arrow bar to navigate to the specific folder you wish to save your forms. You can also save the forms to the same folder each time by configuring the auto export setting.
Crashed within 5 minutes of opening app.
I'm giving this two stars because it's possible it works okay, but after it crashed within the first 5 minutes of my opening it I decided to delete the app. (Running OS Monterey, btw.)
I've been wanting this Mac version for years
I've used this ap on Ipad for years now and wished it was on MAC OS. Now it is. I make reminders and checklists for technical manuals. You can break down many technical items into steps and checklists for others to follow in simple usable forms. AWESOME!
