Potentially a scam

So apparently there are like 50 different Google forms apps on here?? Kinda suspicious…
I downloaded this for a school assignment and it worked well. But since I put in my Google info, I’m pretty sure some guy in India now has my information. I’ve noticed problems and weird stuff happening on my Google account (like a bookmarked tab Chase bank??) and this can be the only possible explanation. Just be safe and don’t download this since it’s not developed by Google.
