Господа. Когда тебя встречает видео в котором я слышу ветер не особо худе, чем человека который говорит «ну просто она не работает» ну вот и одна звезда. Дальше смотреть на приложение даже не захотелось. Ну спасибо.

There are classic silent meditations, there are guided meditations, there are group meditations and there are breathing exercises... Now there is FORMULA that appeals to various memory types ( auditorial, visual and kinesthetic) to work successfully with all of them.
It is particularly suited for male audience as the structure is straight and linear, but I am a woman who has tried many types of meditation and I love FORMULA for its precision. Fantastic.

Lovely little app
It is amazing what a simple thing this is, yet we forget to spend time with ourselves, closing out the external world completely. This app reminded me just of that, to focus on me and ignore the external noises even if, for a few minutes. As a result you feel more relaxed and ready for new challenges. Thank you
