Forsan AlShamal Model Schools

The Forsan Al-Shamal Model Schools app gives guardians everything about their children's school day in one place, so most everyday matters no longer need a phone call or a visit. Pickup time Tell the school you have arrived, then follow your child from getting ready to handover. If someone else is collecting them, authorise that person in the app before they arrive. Leave and absence Ask for an early leave or send an excuse for an absence, with attachments, and follow the school's reply. Their day at school Attendance, absence and lateness day by day, the class schedule, exam dates and the school calendar. Fees See the fees and the account statement, and upload your proof of payment after a transfer without visiting the school. Talking to the school Write to the administration and follow the reply in the same conversation. School announcements and circulars, surveys, consent forms and event dates all reach you here. You will also find the school card and a way to ask for your child's details to be updated. If you have more than one child at the school, they are all in one account and you switch between them with a tap. For school staff Staff have their own mode, opened with their school account: attendance, timetable and files, leave, letter and IT support requests, and the tools for dismissal and student leave. How do I sign in? With the national ID and mobile number registered at the school, then a one-time code sent by SMS. There is no sign-up in the app: your account exists from the day your child is enrolled. If you cannot sign in, contact the school office. Your privacy No ads and no tracking, and we never share your data for marketing. Available in Arabic and English, in light and dark mode.
