Bad development (maybe scammers)
Whoever developed this app I hope it was free or very cheap, otherwise they scammed Fort Worth Heritage Center or NRHC. I am an iOS developer and a Flutter developer, and I can tell this app is not a native development, maybe react native or something else, but done very wrong. Don’t get me wrong, I like the idea and I really like the Stockyards, but the development of this app is just awful and full of bugs. For example, double tap on the screen and it zooms in, even the bottom tab bar, and it’s impossible to zoom out again. I’m really mad when I see this kind of lazy work. Hopefully Quick Custom Intelligence is not scamming other people with this kind of developments. Smh. This might be a case of “I know a guy that makes it cheaper”. My 1 star review is just for the developers, not for the content.

Does not work.
Every time you go to a function the app traps you on that page. The only solution is to turn off the phone and restart everything. A pain in the rear. Great idea but non functional.

We always want to know what is appropriate for small children in the Stockyards. Hank the Cow Dog directed us to the petting zoo and maze. Thanks Hank!

The Fort Worth Stockyards app is incredibly user-friendly and provided all the information I needed to plan my visit and explore the district!
Upon arrival Parking was so easy to park, pay and go and I knew exactly when to head to Exchange Ave to watch the Cattle Drive. Plus the interactive map also showed my family and I where the Herd viewing area was located so we could say hello to the amazing long horns before their 4:30 drive!
