I need help
I didn’t want to do it this way but I tried sending in the contact us option and it refuses to go through. So I will copy/paste here what I need help with.
Hi. I downloaded Fortect on my phone because I couldn’t download it on my laptop (it wouldn’t load). I have tried multiple times on different days to sign in or to create an account so that I can get it to my laptop. It wouldn’t load the times before and now it doesn’t even give me an option to create an account. The forgot password just brings me back to the download the app page. I need to gain access to this service I paid for. Please help me. Thanks
