I recently was provided access to a VPN account for our FortiGate firewall. It uses IPsec which this app doesn’t have so I can’t VPN to my server with this app.

Seeing the negative reviews had me going in with the expectation that it wouldn’t work. Idk if they fixed whatever the issue was for everyone else, but I was able to connect to my work’s VPN that uses Forticlient from my phone without issue.
I would say that if you can’t connect, try enabling “Single sign on” when setting it up. Whenever I normally sign in thru forticlient I am redirected and once I enabled that and tried again, I got my redirect on my phone and was able to sign in like normal

Authenticator Issues
My org has us sign in to Microsoft and I need to authorize via the Microsoft Authenticator app. After approving the requesting on Authenticator, this app does nothing. I had to manually enter a one time pass code, and that thankfully worked.

Für das Geld das Fortinet seinen Kunden abknöpft ist diese App eine unglaubliche Frechheit. Da fühlt man sich als Kunde bestens auf den Arm genommen. Gibt glücklicherweise andere Anbieter, die eher auf Qualität setzen, statt auf Kundenabzocke.

Wholly unable to connect to our new FG-121G because the this client doesn’t support the settings that the desktop version does. And we’re not about to reduce our security posture because of an obsolete free client.
If you absolutely need VPN on iOS consider a different solution than FortiGate. Clearly a modern working iOS client is not a priority for Fortinet.

Seit 7.4.7 Update PIN Eingabefenster weg
Ich nutze Forticlient seit 2021 regelmäßig mittlerweile mit einem neuen iPad Pro mit iOS 18 Nach dem Update vor vier Wochen wird beim zweiten einloggen, dass Eingabefenster für den PIN nicht mehr angezeigt. Wenn ich das iPad neu starte, klappt das einmal - dann muss ich das iPad wieder starten. Das ist extrem lästig. Danke für beheben des bugs und oder sachliche Hinweise.

팝업 호출 구조를 잘못짰는지, 아이디 비번 입력하고.. 이메일 토큰 팝업창이 나와야 하는데 확률적으로 떴다 안떳다 함 이따위로 앱 만들어서 팔아먹고 잘 하는 짓이다.
Does not work with SSO
I receive an invalid response error when using SSO. The paid FortiClient works fine using the VPN tab which appears the same as this app (and it is not required to have a license to use so I will be using that app instead.)
