About

FORTIFY is an ACL injury prevention program built for soccer players. ACL tears are one of the most common injuries that high school soccer players face (especially girls), but the exercises that reduce risk aren't something most players ever see. FORTIFY closes that gap. The program: - 8-week progressive plan of strength, plyometric, and balance exercises - At least 3 sessions per week, about 15 minutes each, no equipment needed - Every exercise includes step-by-step form cues, common mistakes, and tips focused on the mechanics that can help protect your ACL - After Week 8, FORTIFY enters a rotating maintenance cycle so you keep building protection week after week — this isn't a bootcamp, it's an ongoing habit Warm-up routine, built in A dynamic pre-training warm-up is included at three intensity levels (brief / full / in-depth) so you can prep before any practice or game. Made for individuals, teams, and coaches: - Solo players: pick your training days and go - Coaches: create a team, share your 6-character team code, and see each player's progress from your Team page - Team players: join with a code, follow the schedule your coach sets Progress that keeps you honest: - Streak counter, weekly progress bar, and a calendar heatmap of your last 4 weeks — so you know at a glance what your commitment actually looks like - Notifications remind you on your training days Privacy by design Your training history is private to you. If you join a coach's team, only that coach can see your progress — no leaderboards, no comparisons, no public data. FORTIFY is a training program, not medical advice. If you have an injury or medical condition, consult a physical therapist or physician before starting.
