Wonderful Staff

I have had to call for assistance multiple times. I’ve gotten different staff each time and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM have been more than fabulous. This is what customer service used to be like but in today’s world FORTIS stands out as the exceptional exception! Thank you.

So simple for Direct Rollover Solo 401k

I started a Solo with FORTIS and was worried about mailing my 401k checks from old 401ks to have them deposited. Well, guess what, the FORTIS app is able to mobile deposit my checks! And, with no max limits.
In addition, my representative (Junior - he rocked) picked up my support call within seconds of calling and was super helpful in teaching me a few things and telling me about mobile deposit.
