About

Bring the program you already follow, or get one built. After your first session, every set shows what to lift next: last 175 × 8, today aim 180 × 8. One tap logs it. Snap a notebook page, or add a coach's PDF, a Word or Excel file, screenshots or pasted text. Fortium reads it and flags the lines it isn't sure about for you to confirm. Logging, your full history, targets, PRs, the rest timer and Strong or Hevy import are free. Fortium Pro adds the AI coach (your first 5 messages are free), more AI imports and deeper progress analysis. IMPORT YOUR PROGRAM - With your OK, Fortium's AI turns it into a program you review line by line. "RDL" becomes Romanian Deadlift. - Supersets, percentages and RPE carry over as written. - Your first AI import or AI-built plan is free. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, EXPLAINED - Targets come from your program and last workout and go up by double progression. Tap the aim to see why: "Top of the range on every set → +5 lb." - One tap logs a set, saved on your iPhone even with no signal. A keypad built for weights, a plate calculator and warm-up sets. - The rest timer keeps counting when you lock your phone, and a notification says when rest is over. RECORDS YOU CAN TRUST - PRs show the moment you log them: estimated 1RM, weight and reps. - Ties and warm-ups never count as PRs. - The summary shows PRs, near misses and volume against last time. A lighter day isn't a failure. SEE WHAT'S WORKING - Volume, workouts, PRs and an estimated 1RM chart, free. - A weekly streak that counts weeks that hit your target, so rest days are safe. - A free muscle map of your hard sets. Pro adds muscle balance against your goal, 8-week muscle trends and a Strength Score. A COACH THAT READS YOUR LOG (PRO) - Ask why a lift stalled or what to swap when an exercise doesn't suit you. The coach answers from your own sets and shows which ones it used. - It suggests changes as a before and after. Nothing changes until you approve. - It doesn't diagnose pain or injury. For that, see a doctor or physical therapist. NO PROGRAM YET? Answer a few questions for a plan built with AI, with the reasons it fits you. Or pick a starter program. Review it before you train. BRING YOUR HISTORY Import your Strong or Hevy CSV for free, read on your iPhone with no AI. Your history and PRs come with you. Export your data any time. FREE AND PRO Free, for good: logging, full history and charts, targets, PRs, streaks, the rest timer, plate and warm-up calculators, Strong and Hevy import, and CSV export. Also free: a program of any length, unlimited routines, one AI import or AI-built plan, and 5 coach messages. Fortium Pro: the AI coach with a weekly check-in, up to 20 AI imports a month, muscle balance and trends, and the Strength Score. During the free trial: 5 AI imports and 40 coach messages. Fair use: up to 150 coach messages per 30 days. PRIVACY No ads and no tracking. Nothing goes to Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, until you say yes. It processes what you import, your plan answers and coach chats, with a summary of your training and bodyweight, never your name or email. It doesn't train on it and deletes it within 30 days unless it's flagged for a safety review. No sign-up: your training log backs up on its own to servers in the EU. A gym log and workout tracker for strength training and weightlifting. There's no Apple Watch app yet. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Fortium Pro Yearly: $59.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Fortium Pro Monthly: $11.99 a month. What's New in Fortium

1.2.0

October 21, 2026

Your programs: keep several, and switch back to an old one. Every program you've followed is on the Program tab under "Your programs", with its dates, days and workouts. Open one to start any of its days, or tap "Use this program" to pick it back up from its first day. Every workout stays in your history, and Undo is there if you change your mind. Imports are read on your iPhone first, in seconds. A spreadsheet, a program copied from a website or a coach's message, or a log typed in your notes comes in without using your free AI import, and long logs that used to time out now come in. With your OK, only what the iPhone can't read goes to the AI: photos, scans, or exercise names it doesn't know. A long log brings every program it followed, each with its own days. The latest becomes your plan; the ones before it go to "Your programs". Only want your workouts? Tap "History only" on the review. Also new: - Warm-ups you mark in an import stay warm-ups and never count toward records. - Imported rep ranges show the reps most of your sets were done for, and weights stay as you logged them. - In setup, "Your plan is ready" shows every workout of your new plan: its exercises, sets, reps and rest, and the days it falls on. Fixed: - Fortium Pro's prices show as soon as the paywall opens, instead of loading for a few seconds. - A "-" in a log's sets no longer leaves the whole row out. - In setup, "Maybe later" on an import's Pro screen no longer sends you around in a loop. - Right after you start Pro, an import or a question to the coach goes through on its own instead of failing with "Fortium's AI hasn't caught up with your Pro yet."
