Ui is extremely outdated
This app looks like it was created in 2008. Offers no features whatsoever and often doesn’t work with plaid. Switched banks.
Remote Deposit
Remote Deposit doesn’t work half of the time. I have changed lighting conditions, background colors and zoom on camera. I have to deposit some checks in another bank.
Password glitch ??
I’m tired of having to change my password every week. I don’t know what’s going on with this app but it’s making me want to close my bank account because why do I have to change my password 10 times a month just to see my account??
Trash App
I have complained many time about this app. When I try and login it says “bad request”. How many times does one need to change a password to be able to access their online account. Have no clue why I’ve had so many issues. And please accept Apple Pay.
Customer Service
The customer service at Fortress Bank has been the worst of any financial institution I’ve done business with in the past. Particularly their mortgage department. We have had our mortgage here about five years and I’ve never talk to the same person twice. Go somewhere else
App is awful
Whatever update was done has reeked havoc on this app. I have complained numerous times to be told its me. Another friend has the same issues!
