App needs an update

Data keeps deleting switched to Chinese
Whenever I open the app my user profile is deleted and it switched to Chinese language. I have delete the app and reinstall it. Kind of useless.
Fix for Chinese Language Switch
I figured out a fix for the language issue. When the app switches to the Chinese language you can switch it back by selecting the center tab which is the common tab. Then at the very bottom there is a language tab. After selecting that you can choose English and everything will be back to the English language. As far as the app losing its settings I do not have an answer. That is something that would need to be addressed in development.

Reverts to Chinese !
This app works well but the language always changes to Chinese after a week or two. The only course of action is to redownload it. Very frustrating!!

Mostly Horrible
Well it does allow us to remotely arm and disarm the system, BUT the app continually changes to Chinese! Literally every week I have to re-download the app so it reverts back to English. I have a IPhone 6, and my wife has a IPhone 5. Both do it.
I even wrote fortress security and they asked me to start a technical support ticket. I pretty sure they know there's a problem. I work in TS myself and we are well aware of these types of issues!

Language setting?
Why do the GSM/SMS settings keep getting dropped? Why does the language keep switching back to Chinese? It's very frustrating! Please fix and I'll raise my 1 star rating!

A year ago the app was stable now it reverts to Chinese after a few days and you have to uninstall it and reinstall. What a waste of time

1) would be helpful if there was a guide on how to use it
2) application switches to Chinese mode every 3-4 days. The only option is to uninstall and reinstall. This has been happening for the last few versions. Needs to be fixed

This app blows
Every couple days I have to reinstall the app because all the text turns to Chinese. This needs to be fixed.
Works as expected
You can arm and disarm the alarm, query your alarm, and received details about which sensor was activated. You also can change a lot of configuration of your system through it.
You can use your alarm with a line from h2owireless (10 dollars for 3 months...), it's much less expensive than a att and tmobile line, also use the infrastructure of att.
The last update put this in other language than English!!

Worthless app needs work
This app works for about a day before it forgets all my info and changes language to Chinese with no fix other than to uninstall. What a shame. Please do something about this Fortress!
Needs Work!
When it works it like it BUT every few weeks IT STOPS WORKING. All the text suddenly turns to Chinese and looses my phone numbers and passwords (I have two security systems). I have to deleat the app and reinstal itl and then put all my info in again. Very irritating. Please fix this.

The new app looks great and works better.
