Version 2.0 — Sefirat HaBinyan Forty Nine Days now counts both corridors of the Jewish year. NEW: Sefirat HaBinyan — Counting the Building. A 49-day contemplative count from Tisha B'Av to Rosh Hashanah, ascending the sefirot from Malchut to Chesed, based on the teaching of Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi z"l. Includes a kavanah and blessing in Hebrew, transliteration, and English; three daily meditations for each of the 49 days, rotating across three years; the seven haftarot of consolation from Isaiah woven through the weeks; a dedicated calendar with Rosh Chodesh Elul markers and the Rosh Hashanah threshold; and full reminder support, including an annual reminder before the count begins. Enable Sefirat HaBinyan in Settings. The spring Omer count is unchanged. The post-Shavuot descent count has been retired in favor of Sefirat HaBinyan.
