A game you are not meant to hurry. Three companions travel to somewhere in Japan in your place. All you do is pack a snack and send one off. Where they go is up to them, so you will not know until they come home. A few hours later they return with a postcard. Turn it over and there is the place they went. Press the paw stamp, and they say one thing. "The lake made no sound. Doubted my ears for a while. Turned out my ears were just wet." They say it with a straight face, and it is always slightly off. ◆ Three companions The warbler likes high places. Towers, castles, anywhere with a top to perch on. Comes straight home if the wind picks up. The fox likes walking through towns disguised as a person. Shrines, temples, hot spring streets. The tail is always out. The otter likes anywhere with water. Lakes, waterfalls, the sea. Counts stones and waves, and soon gets bored of counting. Back at the nest they each do as they please. Singing on a branch in the morning, sitting on a cushion like a person in the afternoon, asleep on a pillow of stone at night. Open the app and the picture has changed a little. ◆ How it goes 1. Choose one companion 2. Pack a snack. The more you pack, the further they go 3. Wait. Two hours nearby, two days far away. The journey continues while the app is closed 4. When they come home, turn the postcard over and press the stamp Only one of them travels at a time. Every postcard and every remark stays in it ◆ When to play Send one off before bed and take the postcard in the morning. Send one off on the way to work and open it on the way back. There is no need to open it many times a day. They are the ones waiting. ◆ About location We use a rough location only, to put the places nearest you first. Your exact position is never used and never leaves the device. If you do not allow it, choose a prefecture by hand and play as usual.
