What century is this from?
I opened a business checking account with Forum this week & was totally shocked when I downloaded this RELIC of an app.
I can’t believe in this year of our Lord (2025) that this app doesn’t even have the functionality to alert you of debit card transactions without having to download the card valet app.
What century was this app made? There’s no way I can use this account/app as my main business account.

2023 and still no mobile deposit
Normal forum app is wonderful. Opening a business account was the worst move ever. It’s almost impossible to access, add and transfer my own money. Even the Face ID doesn’t work. It asks you to reset it up every single time

Nearly useless
The app not have mobile check deposit. You can view your accounts and transfer between accounts. That’s it.
It’s 2018, build a better app
Take a look at Chase’s app, or find their developer and have them build your app. There is zero functionality aside from looking at my balance and transferring between my accounts. Start with mobile check deposit.
No check deposit or bill pay
I was disappointed to find that this app does not allow you to make bill payments not to do mobile deposits. It is only for internal transfers and to view transactions.
