Cancelled our pre-ordered taxi without notification or explanation
For 1st January 04:15, we scheduled a taxi to Riga airport and entered all payment details. The ride was confirmed and visible in the app. We came out of home (in Riga, not in some countryside) waiting for taxi 10min prior the scheduled time.
Our scheduled ride disappeared from the app without any notification. Without any explanation.
Taxi never came.
10min after the scheduled time, we tried to order taxi live. Taxis were available. But the prices were 3-4 more expensive.
Downloaded bolt and it ended up cheaper than the scheduled ride. Less than 10€.
Unfair business practice. More like a scam. Deleting the app and never using it again.
