Support link is invalid
The app support link is invalid. They ask you to request help before leaving a bad review but the support link is no good. 4.99 for what? I could use some help linking a camera. I’ll update the review if I receive customer support.

The website you are directed to no longer exists. What the heck! 5 bucks wasted. Was goingg to buy the 2.0 but no support forget it.

Everything work but the setup was not friendly if you go by the search function it require you to reset your camera to default factory. Adding manually work but I didn’t get all the feature that it state on the apps store. Hear what I don’t have.

4. Basically I have app as viewer only if thought it a paid pro version.

Disappointed
I have used this app for years and have been very happy... until today.
I have discovered that the app is NOT compatible with the newer Foscam (or Amcrest) cameras; and any attempt to get support lands you on a Chinese marketing site. Apparently the developer has gone under or defunct?
It’s disappointing.
Now I have to shop for a replacement.
If you have any cameras newer than 4 years old, do NOT purchase this program.

Bad, Bad, Bad
This has got to be one of the worst apps I ever purchased if I could I would really like my $4.99 back it is worthless

Does not support current Foscam new generation like fi9901ep.
No landscape IPAD view
After all this time, when. All others developers are ensuring that their applications runs in landscape on an iPad. Yours still does not - perhaps contributing to your low ratings

Used to be great... not it’s just garbage
We’ve had Foscams running on this app since our 5 yo was born. We’ve always had issues with the feed not working on being told that the password or username was wrong or that we’d reached our maximum number of connections (we only have two connections FWIW). You used to be able to just change the last two digits on the http::/ address by 1 number and the problem was easily solved.
Previously I would have given the app a 4 star rating but over the last 2 months the connection has been horrendous. I’m lucky if I can open the app and the camera is even working. Tried linking through the help link because (“don’t leave us a bad review, let us help you”) but it goes to a Chinese gambling website. Honestly, it feels like the app is malware now. Is anyone paying attention at Foscam? If your entire company is built in security and cameras how are you not aware that your “help” link redirects to a gambling website?
So now I’m back to the old school game of “Name that Cry”. Is my 6 mo stuck in his stomach? Is a limb stuck between the rails? Is he just crying for attention?
If I could give the current version if the app 0 stars I most certainly would. Heck, I might just post this review to Foscam products on Amazon to let buyers know that the app that they plan on relying on doesn’t actually work... but hey it’s got a great link to Chinese gambling.

Help
This app was working and then all of a sudden it died. When trying to login I found I had to set up a “local” and a “remote”, second login for when I’m not on my own WiFi. The additional logins have now cause all my remote cameras to fail or “reached a maximum” number of logins? Argh. I logged out of everything. I deleted the app. Downloaded it again and they still do not work off of my WiFi. What happened?? The support link does not work. It goes to some stupid China website. About to ask Apple for a Refund. Disappointed.

I have used for years!
The Foscam Pro app has been great for me. I have many Foscam cameras in two different homes and the app is very reliable for me. I am writing this review on a cruise ship in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico and I can view all my cameras while away from home. I bought a new IPad and was able to add all my different model cameras and have them work. I have used other apps including Foscam’s own app, but I sometimes have problems with the cameras loading so I go back to this app and the previews always work. I recommend this app highly!

Wasted $5
The app does not provide a way to contact the developer. It does not view more than one camera at a time. When you ask for help It sends you to a website with no contact. Don’t buy. I need my refund
Set Up
I just paid 4.99 for this app because my other Foscam app looses camera contact. This app doesn’t even have a way to scan my camera for WiFi set up. What am I missing??? Foscam apps and cameras can be very unreliable, frustrating and user unfriendly!!

Where is the Local Camera Address?
I had the previous version of this app it was infinitely better. With this version I can only view my cameras with my WiFi off as there is no obvious place to input the local camera address. It appears that during set up you can choose either the Remote Camera Address OR the Local Address. Why not both? For $7 I would hope this would work as seamlessly as the previous version. If you are wondering why this one is rated lower here you go.
