The (Positive) comments are fairly questionable. After "Using" this app, I wasn't able to find anything very useful. It looks like it's a "Version 1.0" that a teenager would develop for a side project - With a little bit of greed thrown in.
If you really wish to get/ try this app, I suggest waiting. It comes up for free very regularly. This way, if you don't like it, you're not out any money. If you do like it, all the better.

When search with common terms, this app quickly returns around 100 relevant images and web page links. There are over thousand auto suggest medical terms, freely enter any search text works great.
Pick a good match image, it allows you to save it with web page link, view web page, or compare with your photos, camera pic, or other web images.
The tap to change transparency is essential for comparing overlapped photos. Rotate and pinch gestures are supported.
The reference is well organized based on government medical web sites but easier to navigate.
The feed/news reader seem to update daily. The medical dictionary probably is based on some government institution sites.
