Hi I want to thank the gentleman on call
For emergencies to respond to me early in the morning and getting to the apartment complex in 20 min or less to help me get into my apartment since the key fab didn’t work.
Also you might want to consider having an on call person staying at the building over night and that he can monitor the parking lot for crime so you don’t have to pay an outside source. Pay your guys overtime. I think that would help with the crime in cars for sure.

Horrible
Every time I try to open the app it just closes. It won’t let me do anything.
Notification and mixing problems
1. I am not getting any notifications to my email inbox so this app becomes useless without proper fast notifications. 2. I see maintenance requests from 2 years ago which I made using another building app for another company in another building another neighborhood location so this app is really messed up.

Doesn’t remember me
100% of the time I have to give it my phone number so it can activate my account. Then I have to enter a login and password that I’ve already set up. I should only have to activate once.
Never saves information
Almost every time I use this app it requires me to have it send me a activation code even though I have not switched devices etc. Its not convenient to use when I have to do that EVERY TIME.
When this happens, it also clears out any guests that I have added to my list.

Issue with log in
This app used to work great but now you have to verify your email and phone number every single time BEFORE you get to the login screen. Makes it to tedious to sign in. Please implement biometrics login
Constantly Relogging In
This app used to be helpful for Foulger Pratt residents, but recently began requiring multi-step log-in authorization any time the app is opened (which is a more complicated process than even banking apps). This has rendered the app overly cumbersome to open and less likely to be used unless something seems absolutely necessary to look up in the app.

Downloaded the App and filled out all my info 4 TIMES! But I can’t activate without an activation code and it keeps failing to send me one. Completely useless. 😡

Doesn’t work
Downloaded as requested by building company. Put in all the information and then am not allowed to put in the code. I just get a blue screen. I’ve done this at least 10 times and even deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Terrible app. If I could give 0 stars I would.
