App not working
The app hasn’t been opening for a couple of weeks now. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but it’s the same.
Don’t get scam
I initially enjoyed the content provided by foundr, but my experience turned sour once I used my credit card. Despite their claims, they continued to charge me without explanation and ignored my refund requests. This has felt like a scam, with unauthorized charges and poor customer support. Think twice before purchasing from them.

Paid subscriber and can't read the magazine.
Paid subscriber and can't read the magazine in the App or online. Been the same for a long time says it restored my purchase but I can only get better reviews of the magazine. On their site I can log in and I can't even see previews. Really poor and it's been like this for a very long time. This company essentially stole my money!

Content, yes! Application, no!
What changed!?
I used to enjoy the app. I even got a lifetime subscription by purchasing the Foundr book 24K gold edition. Now I’m unable to access the full magazines. I reached out to support and they told me to delete the app and redownload it. I also tried to restore purchases several times and it never works! I don’t know what changed but I’m extremely disappointed.

Nice content, the worst app
Content is good - interesting, useful, high quality. It is actually managing to read it that's the problem. The app is awful. Get used to watching a spinner - very slow to load content, random messages about expired membership etc.. an awful experience. I have cancelled my subscription because of this app.

App never ever worked, developers can’t seem to program it correctly
Terrible app
One of the worst magazine apps I’ve ever used. This magazine is losing some serious money with such a crappy app. Get with the program and pay some good developers to build a real app that actually works.
Take tooooooo long to access my purchase.

Paid for access is not available, I was instructed to use the web page by customer service, but this is not as good as the app when it was working when I first had access years ago.

The only subscription I have every year
I’ve been reading Foundr mag since Issue 1 and have had a subscription every year since then. Inspirational interviews, great articles and lots of tips. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to start their own business.
Font too small on iPhone
Not really meant for phone consumption. iPad would be better.
I LOVE Foundr, but…
Guys, your magazine app truly is atrocious. 😢 Not only has it always required a painful re-login every time it’s accessed, is clunky/laggy and unresponsive, but the recent updates have rendered it impossible for me to even login at all and/or restore my subscription. Please fix this… In the meantime I’m dreaming away about an actual Foundr app with courses accessible via mobile soon! 😍🙏 I love you guys and all the incredible work you do, but definitely NOT this app.

Great magazine, app could be better
I love this magazine and find it informative, with well written articles that really help me with my business. Well worth the subscription.
The app on the other hand could do with a re-write. It takes a long time to load (up to a minute on a new iPad Air) and always forgets my session so I need to restore my purchases and re-download the issues I’ve been reading. Compared to all the other reader apps I use, it feels like cheap, badly written and basic.
It’s such a shame as it gives the magazine a bad first impression and is easily avoided. I hope they invest some of their profits in a new app with bookmarks, proper account management (to hold the session) and more reading tools. It would make the experience fantastic to match the fantastic content.
