Not user friendly
Trying to make transfers on iPhone is a pain. Not connected to Apple Pay. I wish y’all didn’t buy Gifford State Bank.

As a teen banking this app makes it a lot easier to manage and track my money as well as transferring money and depositing checks!

I can only see my account balances every other day because the app always has an error message when refreshing. Yes I’ve turned the WiFi on and off, yes I’ve closed the app reopened, yes I’ve updated the app, yes Ive deleted and redownload the app, I’ve done everything and it never is efficient. I can login through safari just fine. The app is the problem.

Mobile deposit
App has a difficult time picking up the endorsement section of the check. It will accept it, then reject it later without notification. The photo the app takes does not always capture the endorsement section on the photo.
Rejected Checks
There are times when I have to keep submitting the same check, without changing anything, many times, before it is processed. Today I had to keep submitting the same check 7 times.
