Won’t let you cancel
Don’t use this app. Would get zero stars if I could. I tried to cancel my membership just the way it allows and every time it says “Oops there was a problem, try again later”. There is no problem on my end I’ve tried reloading the app and emailing the help account. The reload didn’t help and NOBODY has reached out to the email. Great way to keep customers though when you can’t cancel.
