THE APP ISN’T WORKING I AM LOCATED IN MICHIGAN I TRY LOGGING ON THEY GIVE ME A CODE I ENTER THE CORRECT CODE BUT STILL SHOWS INCORRECT!!! I HAVE WAGERS & MONEY ON THERE PLEASE CHECK WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE APP I AM LOCATED IN MICHIGAN & CANNOT LOG IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO GARBAGE AS WELL !!

If you enroll with a promo your deposit and winnings aren’t available and can’t be withdrawn until the promo is over and that’s if you haven’t used all of it. (You are 9only able to play with funds)This is the only app I’ve experienced this delay with. The other 3 apps I’ve tried I was able to withdrawal same day. Winnings and original deposit, all while in the middle of the promo. It also took this casino/app several days to verify me after I had to upload check stubs. The promo spins seem rigged. The same game completely reloads and changes when I switch to playing with my own funds. Also another thing I have not experienced with other apps. Overall this has been a not so great experience and as soon as my funds are unlocked and available I’ll be closing my account.

Issues with Four Winds Casino MI
Just to inform potential individuals who are thinking of using this app, I would be doing a great injustice to not to inform others of the issues myself and my partner have been experiencing since downloading and depositing a on Four Winds 2 weeks ago. We play on several I think its 6 or 7 different Michigan approved online casino sites, never have we experienced the amount of geo location issues as with this site. Notedly after depositing immediately being locked out. When able to play it’s generally not more than 15 min before another geo location issues as locks out. The customer support is non existent when wanting to contact to ask what exactly is happening with their system network. Play through rate for referrals and bonuses is certainly the worst of all the choices available in Michigan. Our money is locked on the site, still waiting for a response from support, we have both put multiple requests in to speak with a human concerning above issues. It’s been 11 days. Save your self the headache,skip over this app. It would be given a negative rating if possible from us. Hope this helps someone.

Don’t trust it with your deposits
This is the worst casino app. Every deposit says there was an error. THEN all of your attempts go through, but doesn’t reflect in any transparent manner. I should have known better and stopped using the app. Went to deposit $70 and shows it’s pending from my account and not in my balance. I was told it’s because of an information mismatch. WELL they’ve already taken money from this same card a day prior. Supposedly it should resolve itself quickly, or within 3-5 days…BUT if it doesn’t I need to contact my bank…

This is quite possibly the most fraudulent app in the entire App Store. Avoid this casino at all costs. This casino does nothing but take your money and rewards you with absolutely nothing. Nothing short of an absolute money pit

As it automatically plays from your “winnings” balance first & that’s all on top of a 20x play-through requirement. (Worst rate of every casino lol) If you deposit $10, you have to play $200 in order to be able to withdraw that ten dollars.. TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS IS CRAZY WORK. Worst casino application by far. I put $100 a year got $300 altogether for a $200 bonus but what they don’t tell you as they put a limit on what you can play so I was trying to play Monopoly. They let me only be $.60. But I uploaded $100 and I couldn’t spend it anyway I wanted to and I couldn’t take it back out. Such a scam I tried to play other games they’re they would only let me bet $.20 maybe a dollar I won. Nothing playing nothing big past nine dollars. I was playing one game. To much waiting for bonus and withdrawals
Bonus was not available when it was supposed to be available. And had to be manually updated and withdrawn money is still not available. It’s a bad app.
